For the first time in Yekaterinburg, Ural Vision Gallery presents the solo exhibition of the acclaimed Russian artist Dmitry Shorin “Tales of the Forest”. The project introduces the work of the author of the last five years. Dmitry Shorin, known for his sensual female images, unfold before the audience as a poet, a master of landscape genre. Each canvas by Dmitry Shorin depicts a forest at different times of the year and day, but in this forest you will not find a person, only traces of his presence subtly hint at the stories that happened here: abandoned ball, lost bicycle, ancient chair.Wandering among the trees, like mirages, you will find the most unusual objects, skillfully fitted in the natural landscape. The author's text for the exhibition is a kind of navigation through the mysterious forest of the artist's memories.
